Right after the Tuesday evening Mass, we conducted our Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity in St. Peter's Church, welcoming eight members who had taken out their online memberships months earlier. Welcome, Brothers!
Working with local partners, our Knights distributed warm winter coats to children in need across the Nanaimo area — one of our favourite ways to answer the call of charity each winter.
A dozen Brother Knights fired up the griddles for the annual Fun Day at Park Avenue School, serving students and families and cheering on a great community celebration.
Our annual Baby Crib campaign gathered diapers, wipes and baby supplies for the local pregnancy centre, supporting young families in our community with practical care.
Some 1,500–2,000 people gathered in Victoria for the Western Canada March for Life, beginning with Mass at St. Andrew's Cathedral presided by Bishop Gary Gordon, under the theme We are full of joy.
During the 2024/25 fraternal year we served pancake breakfasts at five elementary schools, feeding 250–400 students, teachers and parents at each event — a program running strong for over 20 years.
